This Privacy Policy explains how Novima ("Novima", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit trynovima.com, buy our products, or otherwise communicate with us (together, the "Services").   • Order & contact info: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone, order history.
  • Payment info: processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Device & usage info: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referral URL, cookie identifiers.
  • Marketing info: email engagement, ad interactions on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other platforms.
  • Communications: messages, support tickets, product reviews.

2. How We Use It

  • To fulfil your order, ship your product and provide customer support.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To send you marketing emails you've opted into (unsubscribe anytime).

6. How Long We Keep It

  • Order and accounting records: retained for 6 years as required by HMRC.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or after a period of inactivity.
  • Other data: only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.

7. International Data Transfers

Novima is based in the United Kingdom. If you're in the United States or elsewhere outside the UK, your information will be transferred to and processed in the UK. We also use service providers based in the US (Shopify, Meta, Google). For transfers out of the UK we rely on legally recognised mechanisms such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

The Services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
