Why Novima Exists

Every year, thousands of people end up in emergency rooms because of a wire bristle from a grill brush lodged in their throat, stomach, or gums. In February 2026, Weber recalled 3.2 million brushes. Nexgrill recalled another 10 million. That's 13.4 million cleaning tools pulled from shelves — because the industry spent decades building brushes that could end up in your kids' food.

We started Novima to end that. One product. One mission. Clean your grill fast, without ever worrying what's left behind.

The Story Behind CharBreaker Pro

Novima was founded by a lifelong griller with over 10 years behind the grates. Like most grillers, he spent years toggling between two bad options: wire brushes that shed dangerous metal, or "safe" bristle-free brushes that turned every cleanup into a 20-minute scrubbing session.

Neither felt right. One put his family at risk. The other stole the part of Saturday he actually looked forward to.

So he built the product he wished existed — a motorized grill brush that cleans in minutes, with reinforced bristles engineered not to shed. No wire hazard. No elbow grease. Just a clean grill and your weekend back.

That product is CharBreaker Pro. It's the only thing we make, and we obsess over it.

What We Stand For

  • Family first. The grill is where people gather. No cleaning tool should ever put the people at your table at risk.
  • Your time is sacred. You didn't buy a grill to spend your weekend scrubbing it. Cleanup should take minutes, not half an afternoon.
  • Built to last. No disposable brushes that end up in landfill every season. Our brush heads are replaceable, dishwasher-safe, and engineered for real use.
  • Real support. Email us and a real person answers. Not a chatbot. Not a ticket queue.

What We Said No To

  • No to wire bristles. Forever. In any format.
  • No to 20-minute scrub sessions. If cleanup takes longer than 5 minutes, we failed.
  • No to "elbow grease is part of grilling." That's not a feature. That's a design flaw every grill brush company has been hiding behind for 40
